These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell electric fireplaces — freestanding electric stoves, wall-mounted and wide linear fires, a fireplace suite with a mantel and a panoramic media-wall fire, with the decorative pebble and log beds, glass cleaner, cloths and wall brackets to go with them. The heat output, the flame effect and the installation are stated on each listing for indoor domestic use.

Electrical & installation safety

An electric fireplace is a mains electrical heater for indoor use. Plug it into a suitable wall socket, not a thin extension lead or a multi-way adaptor, keep the stated clearance around it, never cover it or dry clothes on it, and keep the air inlets and outlets clear. Do not use it with a damaged lead, keep it away from water, and switch it off at the socket before cleaning. A wall-mounted or recessed unit must be fixed to a wall that can carry its weight, and any fixed wiring should be done by a qualified person. It produces a flame effect with LED light and real heat but no flame, no smoke and no flue. CE marked where applicable.
